Did you know that Motorama – in addition to offering finance, insurance and customer care for the life of your vehicle – also offers warranty for your vehicle?

Our 5 Star Mechanical Cover extended warranty is one of the most comprehensive plans available, covering and guarding you against the breakdown of major mechanical components for a period 3 years.

If you are purchasing a new vehicle or a late model used car still under new car warranty, you can have peace of mind that you are covered up to 3 years beyond the factory warranty period.

How long does the 5 STAR Plan last?

Motorama's 5 STAR Protection Plan is available for 3 years. It is valid for new and used vehicles purchased at Motorama, under 10 years and up to 150,000km from manufacture.

Are there any claim limits?

You are covered for up to $5000 per claim, with unlimited claims up to $10,000 over the term of the warranty.

Are there any additional benefits of the 5 STAR Protection Plan?

Motorama's 5 STAR Protection Plan offers comprehensive cover for your vehicle - to make sure that you're never stranded in an emergency.

Complimentary Customer Care Package

• Towing Assistance
  • Reimbursement up to $100 for towing charges in the event of a covered mechanical breakdown where your car is unable to be quickly mechanically repaired safely or driven to an approved repairer.
• Accommodation Assistance
  • Reimbursement up to $100 for emergency accommodation , arrangements and costs in the even of a covered major vehicle breakdown where you are more than 100kms from your registered residence and your vehicle repair will take longer than 48 hours.
• Car Hire Assistance
  • Reimbursement up to the claim limit for car hire costs in the even of a covered major vehicle breakdown where you are more than 100kms from your registered residence and your vehicle repair will take longer than 48 hours. Excludes car hire over weekends and public holidays.

Are there capped price servicing options available?

Motorama offers standard essential servicing options for your vehicle, starting from $149 for a standard passenger vehicle, and $249 for 4WD, SUV & AWD vehicles.

Servicing with Motorama does entitle you to a complimentary loan car and exterior car wash during your service.

Do I have to service with Motorama for my warranty to stay valid?

While we'd always like to see you again, you don't have to service with Motorama if it's not convenient for you.
